I recently ordered what I thought was a rustic walnut frame for some art. Expecting actual walnut as described but what was in fact pine or some other cheap wood painted brown distressed and cheap looking. Not at all happy

I ordered custom-made wooden art boards, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality! The craftsmanship is excellent—smooth surfaces, sturdy construction, and perfectly cut to my specifications. The boards are solid and don’t warp, making them ideal for resin art, acrylic painting, and mixed media projects.rnrnI also appreciate the attention to detail in the edges and finish. The wood takes primer and paint beautifully, and the adhesion for resin is perfect. If you’re looking for high-quality, custom-sized boards for your artwork, I highly recommend these! Overall the quality of my print was impressive, however there are a few small areas that have white marks where the gloss adhered to the backing of the canvas as it was rolled for shipping. I suspect this was due to haste and do not fault keenart entirely for their eagerness to ship my order although as the image is now I am reluctant to hang it on the wall. There is also a scratch approximately 3cm on the right side of the image that is rather unsightly.
