I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. I've been from one side of Canada to the other, and I've seen a lot of printers. KeenART stands out as one of the best I have seen. They specialize in fine art prints, so they are better set-up for making superior small-batch high-quality prints than an outfit that relies on volume sales. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Turnaround times are super fast, and the work is accurate. Prices are reasonable, given the high quality of the final output. I have a wide variety of excellent art materials to choose from. They even matted my work! Cheap materials makes for cheap art, I say, but KeenART is quality all of the way! Five stars out of five!
