Marcelle, | I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?

I was very pleased to see no bubble wrap or extraneous plastic packing material involved. I really appreciate not having a huge pile of fill materials to get rid of. Well done.
Jojoo, | I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also!
