Hello, I just wanted to reach out again to thank you for everything. My client received their prints and I had a chance to tour their offices today to see them mounted on the wall. I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.

Thank you for my order of frames. They arrived in great condition and they are very good quality.
Only issue is that the post-person left the package in the apartment lobby. Luckily my neighbor took the package in and contacted me.
Next time we should put a notice to leave a delivery notice, not the package.
