Just received my second order - this time it was for two floating frames that, like the first order, were slightly oversized as I had requested because I wanted a 1/2\" gap rather than the standard 1/4\" gap. The frames were perfect and I easily mounted the paintings with the hardware provided in about an hour - and they look great. I recently ordered what I thought was a rustic walnut frame for some art. Expecting actual walnut as described but what was in fact pine or some other cheap wood painted brown distressed and cheap looking. Not at all happy
