Just wanted to let your company know how impressed my husband and I were with your quality. We received our 24X36 (i think it was) wedding portrait and were so overwhelmed with how great the product looked (much better than the original photo) as well as the quickness it came. Overall the quality of my print was impressive, however there are a few small areas that have white marks where the gloss adhered to the backing of the canvas as it was rolled for shipping. I suspect this was due to haste and do not fault keenart entirely for their eagerness to ship my order although as the image is now I am reluctant to hang it on the wall. There is also a scratch approximately 3cm on the right side of the image that is rather unsightly.

I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it. KeenART: We will send a replacemnt.
